Our range of interactive workshops introduces breath work techniques to help staff, students & parents develop self-regulation, manage stress, prevent anxiety, enhance self-care & emotional dysregulation.

They are simple & accessible, yet powerful preventative awareness based tools for optimal mental health. 

Participants will learn effective breathing exercises which can be integrated into daily routines for better self-awareness, self-control and a calmer, more balanced and focused mind and body connection.​
